Attorney Scott graduated from Iroquois Central High School. He then graduated with Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Georgia Southern University. Upon his graduation, he enrolled at Charlotte School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor. Attorney Scott is currently in good standing with the State Bar of North Carolina. Attorney Scott currently lives in Asheville, North Carolina. Attorney Scott joined The Fitzgerald Law Firm in 2025 and is the Managing Attorney of the Asheville Office.
